Position Overview:

The Cashier / Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience to every customer. You’ll be the face of our store—greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and providing knowledgeable support about our products and services. You’ll also help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and assist with their inquiries

• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system

• Provide product knowledge and support to help customers find what they need

• Handle returns, exchanges, and other service-related tasks

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area and throughout the store

• Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and store upkeep as needed

• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Answering phone calls

• Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience (preferred but not required)

• A passion for sports and active lifestyles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
